Working with domestic and offshore manufacturing partners on the design and engineering of a broad suite of products, the Company owns multiple showrooms and distribution centres across the country, with active expansion plans.

Based in Metro Vancouver, and reporting to a small Advisory Board, the President & Chief Executive Officer (the CEO ) will be responsible for providing leadership and general management of operations on a day-to-day basis in accordance with approved strategies, plans and policies.
As the new CEO, you will be tasked to enhance and revitalize the sales function for the business, through the strengthening of sales and leadership teams.
There is also a need for you to develop a marketing strategy that focuses on optimizing digital and social media and e-commerce platforms to improve brand visibility, customer engagement and consumer insights.
Aside from sales and marketing, you will manage day-to-day operations, present financials and forecasting to the Board and instil a renewed sense of accountability across the organization.
There is a need to update and professionalize the business through the development of new reporting structures and the creation of new key performance metrics across the organization.
The Board is looking to you as the CEO to be the strategic visionary who will drive sales across the country and influence a culture of engagement, performance and innovation.
As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced CEO or Regional / General Manager, ideally coming from a sales and marketing background, with experience in a retail or a closely related company.
You have ideally managed B2B and B2C businesses with design-focused products where showrooms and distribution are critical aspects of the Company’s success.
Experience in establishing the vision for an organization / division and developing and implementing a strategic plan successfully is essential.
This intriguing role will be based in the Company’s Metro Vancouver office and will involve some travel, mostly domestic.
The compensation for this role is in the $250,000 - $300,000 range with an annual bonus and other executive benefits.
