Overview :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Research and identify potential new clients to generate business opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Use CRM software to manage sales activities, client interactions, and generate reports.
What You Bring :
- Proven track record in sales and a strong history of results.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing a sales territory within a relative industry.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to effectively manage customer accounts.
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing and warehouse industry.
