You will develop and supports processes and practices necessary to improve the quality of products / services and level of risk control.
Typically manages 2 or more specialized departments comprised of supervisors, managers, professionals, and / or large numbers of operational support employees.
What will you do?
Establishing and monitoring standards for the organization's application programming processes from a quality assurance perspective.
Leading on review and audit of software products and activities to verify quality as well as compliance with applicable procedures and standards, providing relevant managers with results.
Participating in establishing plans, standards, and procedures to ensure software products meet clients' requirements.
Improving quality assurance procedures and standards to fit organization's needs and verifying usability of best practice in the software life cycle.
Must-have
10+ years of total QE experience with 5+ years of QE Lead or Management experience
Strong experience in Manual testing - testing mobile & web applications.
Experience writing test cases
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Experience in agile environment, Jira, Confluence
Experience in QTest, Apigee
Experience writing MTP
Nice-to-have
Strong knowledge of automation testing
Accessibility - JAWS
Understanding of GenAI
