Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain and grow print and digital advertising revenue, and other sales opportunities across the GFM portfolio of products and assigned account list.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and stay within the expense budget assigned.
  • Make sales calls and presentations to advertising agencies, company leaders, as well as national and provincial organizations.
  • Responsible to position each of GFM’s product offerings to find the best product mix that meets the goals of key accounts.
  • Build effective multi-media plans for clients with a focus on ROI.
  • Track and maintain client and sales information through the account files in the CRM system.
  • Participate and network at industry tradeshows and conferences with a detailed sales plan by clients.
  • Support by providing knowledge transfer of current sales and customer activities to National Sales team and management through reports, meetings and other communication channels.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in agricultural sales in print and digital media and multi-media packages.
  • 3+ years of sales experience including meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with media buyers and key company decision makers while navigating relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
