About the Work Environment :
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role, you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.
Typically, you'll work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m., with flexibility around start / end times.
We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
About You :
You are a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in sales enablement, including training development, change management, and creating impactful sales documentation and processes.
You excel in designing and implementing training programs that empower sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
You thrive in managing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during product updates or process changes. You are excited by effective communication and alignment between Product and Sales teams, facilitating successful implementation of new strategies and tools.

About the Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales and marketing transformation or related role, with a strong focus on product, sales processes, and change management.
- 5+ years of leading teams in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) with a deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to enhance sales performance.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within deadlines.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and managing transitions smoothly within an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
About the Day-to-Day :
- Work closely with counterpart in Client Experience Strategy to define product’s role in client experience execution, and be responsible for ensuring your peers in product are aware, aligned and able to execute on the vision.
- Act as the first point of contact for product-related interactions with the Sales and Client Management teams where a cross-product lens is required.
- Work closely with Product Owners, and Client Experience teams to ensure that sales documentation, including process guides, best practices, and training materials for sales, solutions, client management, marketing and communications are available, up to date, accessible and well-communicated.
- Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and be the voice of change and partner for both sales and product to establish clarity.
- Work closely with Client Experience team to execute on and understand CRM requirements to support Sales & Client Management teams and ensure they are integrated in the product backlog.
Be responsible for having a cross functional view of the Enterprise CRM vision and requirements.
- Develop and guide Product Owners within your area in their professional journey. Guide the team in establishing a product vision, be their product sponsor and help guide their product backlogs.
- Manage, motivate and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.
Compensation :
Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $125,000 and $140,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possess.
