Graphic Designer

Drake International is currently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for our client on a permanent basis .Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling graphics that align with our B2B marketing strategies.

This position will touch all forms of design, print, digital, animation, video, and other content creation to develop creative assets and support campaigns. What we offer :

• Salary : $65,000 / yr depending on experience
• Work Location : Mississauga - Hybrid model
• Job Type : Full time permanent (hybrid) with benefits

What you'll do :

• You will develop, design, and produce quality digital assets and creative concepts supporting marketing strategies
• You will maintain a thorough understanding of target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with customers and drive engagement
• You will oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• You will develop and maintain promotional and sales materials for internal and external purposes
• You will maintain catalog of regulatory publications, posters, and training courses
• You will develop and maintain document templates for internal and external purposes
• You maintain and create product images, including some photography
• You will collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development
• You will manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time
• You will work on special projects and other duties / responsibilities as assigned

What we're looking for :

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2B marketing environment
• University / College degree or equivalent in graphic and web design
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Video editing or Canva experience is an asset
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is an asset
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues, keen attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
• Analytical acumen with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work under pressure and work effectively when unsupervised
