Building Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs - inside and outside
• Move furniture, equipment and supplies
• Empty waste containers
• Snow clearing / salting
• Shipping duties if required
• Driving duties as required
• Running Cable (Voice / Data / Video)

Qualifications :

• Able to work without supervision in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with own transportation
• Able to work overtime when required
• Basic knowledge of Computers
• High school diploma
