Description

Are you an experienced Property Expert interested in working on mass transit projects in Ontario? Can you help deliver on the environmental and property components of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects including road, rail and transit projects under various Environmental Assessment processes?

If so, we are seeking an Property Expert to support Property activities for the Parsons Infrastructure team.

As part of this role, you will :

  • Participate in the coordination of property acquisition for a large transit program in conjunction with City real estate and legal staff
  • Review project submittals to ensure compliance with the contract documents, as well as review property documents
  • Participate in discussions with the Constructors to monitor compliance with Project Agreement requirements related to provided property and construction impacts.

Interested? You’ll have :

  • 8+ years property / project management experience along with experience in property acquisition primarily in Ontario
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work as part of an integrated team
  • Proven organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiating, and verbal and written communication skills preferably demonstrated in a local or provincial government environment
  • Ability to coordinate complex tasks in a challenging environment that is schedule driven
  • A good working knowledge of Property laws and regulations in Ontario
