Responsibilities
- Here are the responsibilities for this Scrum Master - Planisware Enterprise at this leader in the aerospace in Ville Saint-Laurent;
- Assist product owners in managing and maintaining product, sprint and
- issue backlogs;
- Follow up on the progress of the work (team / project / production support),
provide guidance on product initiatives and communicate statuses to
product stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring adequate
- communication between product collaborators;
- Ensure the quality of communications (frequency, adaptation based on the
- context and product, etc.);
- Regular reporting on the status of his / her projects. Escalate risks and
- scope projects when needed;
- Prepare and delivering Scrum meetings (planning, review, retro, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
- Motivate team members and eliminating obstacles
- Consistently seeking to improve the development teams, and applying
management best-practices
Follow up on several projects at a time (sprint reports, budget, calendar,
billing, etc.)
- Lead project launch workshops
- Follow up on billing issues with the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Here are the qualifications required for this Scrum Master - Planisware Enterprise at this leader in the aerospace in Ville Saint-Laurent;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
experience
- 3-5 years as Scrum Master or Technical Project Management / IT experience
- Experience with a Project Management ERP system
- Experience with Planisware Enterprise v6 with the following modules :
Projects, Resources, Administration, Explorer.
- Asset : Experience with Level 1 configuration in Planisware.
- Is a good motivator

- Is fluent in Scrum / agile methodology
- Bilingualism in both French and English is required
