Job Title : Client Manager, Payrolling / Employer of Record Services

About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to manage a key client relationship for our Payrolling / Employer of Record (EOR) services.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR, recruitment, and / or payroll as a service, along with a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.
This role ensures the seamless delivery of our services while maintaining compliance with HR standards and ESA legislation.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management & Reporting :
- Maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead scorecard reviews and ensure compliance with contract SLAs.
- Distribute periodic reports and provide insights to clients.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Oversight :
- Provide oversight to the Onboarding Specialist and back-up support as needed.
- Welcome, onboard, and gather required information from employees and contractors for employment / service agreements.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data quarterly, and execute satisfaction surveys annually.
Process Management & Compliance :
- Maintain and update internal trackers and client portals to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct mandatory provincial training for the contingent workforce.
- Respond to employment legislation inquiries, ensuring processes comply with legal standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc audits and streamline onboarding processes.
Collaboration & Process Improvement :
- Work closely with the HR team to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in special client projects as assigned.
