Job Title : Client Manager, Payrolling / Employer of Record Services

Location : Hybrid (2 days in-office per week)

Type : Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to manage a key client relationship for our Payrolling / Employer of Record (EOR) services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR, recruitment, and / or payroll as a service, along with a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.

This role ensures the seamless delivery of our services while maintaining compliance with HR standards and ESA legislation.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Management & Reporting :

  • Maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead scorecard reviews and ensure compliance with contract SLAs.
  • Distribute periodic reports and provide insights to clients.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Oversight :

  • Provide oversight to the Onboarding Specialist and back-up support as needed.
  • Welcome, onboard, and gather required information from employees and contractors for employment / service agreements.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data quarterly, and execute satisfaction surveys annually.

Process Management & Compliance :

  • Maintain and update internal trackers and client portals to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct mandatory provincial training for the contingent workforce.
  • Respond to employment legislation inquiries, ensuring processes comply with legal standards.
  • Assist with ad-hoc audits and streamline onboarding processes.

Collaboration & Process Improvement :

  • Work closely with the HR team to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in special client projects as assigned.

  • Strong expertise in HR, recruitment, and / or payroll as a service.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and meeting contractual SLAs.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a client-first mindset.
