Responsibilities
Reports to the Field Operations Manager
Oversight of projects up to $20M+
Manages and provides leadership for safety and environmental programs.
Together with the Project Manager, monitors job costing, forecasting and productivity.
Oversees all quality control and quality assurance.
Organizes and coordinates all subcontractor activities.
Implements and monitors the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics, two-week look aheads
Completes field administration : timesheets, purchases and the daily logs, weekly & monthly inspections
Coordinates all manpower, materials and equipment.
Act as on-site liaison with client and their consultants.
Works in a team atmosphere with the project manager in all aspects of the project
Travel to job sites within south-western Ontario as required.

Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience as an ICI construction superintendent;
Experience supervising and organizing large crews of up to 50+ workers
COR (Certificate of Recognition) Health & Safety experience an asset
Relevant diploma / degree
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project
Ability to read and interpret a Microsoft Project Schedule
Demonstrated H&S knowledge and track record
First Aid, CPR, Working at Heights & Basics of Supervision Training
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
