On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst.

Cybersecurity Analyst Job Description

Assist with incident handling, reporting focal for Cybersecurity Operations

Reporting to Global Head of threat monitoring and response, working with stakeholders around the globe

Bridging communication between technical operations teams and globally based business leadership

Compiling and contextualizing investigating data of business consumption

Guiding team to best practice for incident response

Develop and deliver training materials specific to cybersecurity reporting

Evaluate and recommend process improvements and efficiencies in cybersecurity operations

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge

Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment

Cybersecurity Analyst Mandatory Skills

3+ years of prior experience in Cybersecurity

1+ year of incident handling experience - managing large calls or multinational corporations across multiple business units

2+ years of prior Business Analysis experience

Organization reporting, tracking deliverables and timelines; ability to maintain momentum of the project against a background of constantly conflicting priorities

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and new technologies

You can demonstrate superior problem solving & decision-making skills to resolve complex work issues

You are adept with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

You can demonstrate good interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external business partners and vendors

Efficient and thorough note taking skills

Well established organizational skills in terms of meeting deadlines and coordinating different work streams of activities

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, business or equivalent work experience

Cybersecurity Analyst - Nice to Have Skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a highly valued asset; bank has a global presence in Latin America

CISM and / or CISSP certification

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau

Previous experience with project management or delivery, preferably within the banking industry
