What’s this role all about?
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with generalist experience to join our team. You will work closely with our go-to-market team members to drive our ambitious goals to grow in the US and Canadian insurance market.
In this role you will be responsible for :
Supporting our sales team by building a pipeline of our ICP
Delivering on regular events each year; including webinars, product launches or events
Collaborating on thoughtful and engaging campaigns for existing customers to help expand or work on partnership opportunities
Developing engaging content and a strategic editorial calendar that amplifies our brand, differentiates our product, and establishes ProNavigator as a thought leader in insurance knowledge management
Managing and expanding content channels such as blogs, case studies, and webinars to increase web traffic and brand recognition, while monitoring engagement and optimizing deliverables based on feedback
Creating and executing account-based marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive business growth
Tracking and evaluating marketing performance against goals to ensure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Working collaboratively across Marketing, other departments, and a very hands-on management team

3-5 years of experience executing against marketing initiatives, ideally with experience creating marketing strategies to align with business needs
Strong background in creating and executing content strategies, account-based marketing, and campaign management, experience in selling to large enterprises is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the capability to measure, interpret, and act on marketing metrics to continuously improve performance and drive results
A talent for crafting compelling marketing messages and campaigns that differentiate our brand and resonate with industry professionals
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a willingness to adjust strategies as needed
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those insights into effective marketing content and strategies
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials
