Job Summary / Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to assist the treasury team in preparing cash position reporting and analysis, initiating / processing electronic payments and investing available funds.
Management of daily cash operations : input and coordinate wire payments, initiate account funding and transfers, cash positioning, FX trades
Serves as lead system administrator for maintenance of the treasury workstation / bank portals / purchase card program
Ensure compliance with Treasury controls and manage company signers
Leads preparation of short-term cash forecast, provide actual vs. forecast cash variance analysis, and communicates with local mills for weekly payment runs
Maintain related documentation including bank account authorization matrix and other cash management controls
Ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as needed
Skills / Experience
Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance or accounting
Master’s degree, preferably MBA or focus in finance a plus
3-5 years of experience in Treasury and debt / cash management
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) credentials a plus
Previous experience with Kyriba treasury workstations is highly desired
Desired experience with banking cash and debt management systems
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet expected deadlines
Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively leverage system and spreadsheet applications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
Project Management experience desired
