Senior Insurance Sales Representative - for Desjardins Agent

Position Overview :
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Senior Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Salary Range : $50000 - $55000 / year PLUS commission and bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications).
Requirements :
- OTL / Ribo P&C License & / or LLQP license
- 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
- Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Strong attention to detail
- On Site presence
