Our Première Moisson plant located in Baie d'Urfé is currently looking for a Production Labourer for its Viennoiserie department.
The person we're looking for will be responsible for producing the various tasks related to sorting, checking and boxing products.
Shift : Day
Schedule over 2 weeks :
2 Vacant positions : Position 1 :
Position 1 :
- Week 1 : Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - 6am to 6pm
- Week 2 : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 6am to 6pm
Position 2 :
- Week 1 : Thursday, Friday AND Saturday - 6am to 6pm
- Week 2 : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday AND Saturday - 6am to 6pm
Salary starting at : $16,50 / h / After 3 months : $17,50 / h
Premium when applicable : Evening : 0,75$ / h / Night Shift : 1,50$ / h / Weekend : 1,00$ / h

Tasks :
- Set up tools and equipment on the line
- Sort products as they come out of the freezing spiral
- Take samples on a regular basis
- Fill products into cartons to facilitate production flow
- Keep workstation clean and safe at all times
- Respect quality and productivity standards
- Resolve minor problems that arise on the line
- Report any anomalies to the relief operator or supervisor
- Respect and ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy
- Perform various tasks related to the department (material handling, machine cleaning, tool cleaning, SPB bin disposal, cardboard compactor filling and emptying, etc.)
- Ensure the application of and compliance with GMPs- Comply with food safety procedures and various certifications (SQF, GMO-free, Organic, Kosher, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of packaged products at all times
- No line stoppages
Qualifications required
- Experience in industrial food production is an asset
- Ability to lift loads up to 22.7 kg
- Ability to work in a noisy and refrigerated environment (min 10 C)
- Good manual dexterity and speed of execution
- Be vigilant, reliable, flexible and autonomous
- Good team spirit
- Willingness to take on unforeseen tasks
