Creation of functional and technical specifications for databasedevelopment analyze requirements and help project team in solutiontechnical design implementation and support.

Work with the project team in completing all relevant and requireddocumentation in alignment with OPSstandards.

Creation of technical specifications for Azure SQL and Oracledatabase systems development

Designimplement and work with the project team in completing all relevantand required documentation in alignment with OPSstandards

Undertake specialassignments / subprojects as assigned

Conductassess evaluate and document stakeholder interests and businessneeds

Create and validate business scenariosand use cases

Produce visual depiction ofuse cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program areaand associated business architecture as well as traceability tosolution logical and physical architectures

Create review provide input and support of Enterprise Architectureartifacts for all checkpoints as required

Create system and user interface design and modifications (data andamp; screen) as required

Review all testscenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establishtraceability matrix to monitor output

Ensurealignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Servicesprocesses and standards

Support the testingteam during system and UAT testing

Participate in Knowledgetransfer

Skillsand Knowledge :

Experience administeringdatabase management systems (i.e. ORACLE Exadata Microsoft SQLServer Azure etc.) for business intelligence and analyticsapplications

Create test and implementsafeguards to maintain data integrity and protect againstunauthorized access

Assist with SQLoptimization and code reviews to ensure queries areefficient
