Our client, distributor for trendy international imports, is in search of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to add to their team.
In this role you will be responsible for data entry & administrative tasks as provided by management. If you have a background in administrative work within the fashion industry, you are proficient with the microsoft suite, and have excellent communication skills;
then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Create & analyse various sales & inventory reports
- Manage and handle samples for sales team
- Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Experience within the fashion industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
