We are looking for a driven and motivated Bilingual (English and French) Inside Sales Representative to work for a rapidly growing company! This well-established team means you can enjoy job stability, and you can grow your sales skills every day! As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to other organizations, customer service duties, order management, and businesses throughout the region.
You’ll be challenged every day to reach targets and to develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and accounts
Ability to answer customer questions regarding the technical information, pricing, delivery and order status information
Sourcing products and working with vendors to establish item lead times in order to effectively communicate availability with the customer and manage expectations while improving service levels.
Collaboratively work with internal departments.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Sales (inside or outside) and / or customer service experience
A working knowledge of food service equipment and supplies is an asset
Post-secondary diploma or degree is a strong asset
Effective communication in an open and direct manner
Strong listening skills - understand and reflect accurately on the message.
Solid administrative skills - accurate with information and transactions.
Team player; actively participates to create and execute team goals.
