This is a contract part-time position with 3
days in the office per week.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assist guests
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office inventory, and place orders as needed
- Collect and distribute the mail, redirect to other office as needed
- Operating office equipment such as printers / copiers, laptops
Qualifications
- High school graduate, minimum 21 years old
- Good customer service skills
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Experience using Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook)
