Responsibilities
- Develop digital strategies for various performance platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads, Facebook, RTB display and video, etc.)
- Indirect Supervision of a team of 4-5 Specialists / Junior Specialists and Campaign Managers.
- In collaboration with the Campaign Managers and Specialists / Junior Specialists, set up accounts, campaigns and ad groups based on campaign strategy
- Ensure constant campaign optimization according to performance goals and KPIs
- Leverage qualitative insights for strategic recommendations and account management
- Organize and facilitate client optimization sessions to discuss key learnings and optimization opportunities
- Set up and automate client reports (key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking and other relevant initiatives)
- Keep up with paid search, paid social & programmatic trends, best practices, and new techniques to both ensure the continuous evolution of the digital maturity of your accounts.
- As digital media expert, contribute to the proper training of internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of these fields : advertising, marketing, or communications.
- At least 4 years of experience in performance media, with an advanced expertise in the following fields : Paid Social, SEM or Programmatic.
- Advanced knowledge in paid media digital platforms (including Business Manager, DV360 or other DSP, Google Ads, SA360, etc)
- Advanced knowledge in e-commerce accounts, an asset
- Solid optimization best practices & performance-focused
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Basic knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs), ad servers (Google Campaign Manager)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, calculated fields...etc)
