What does the Assistant Coach Do?
The Assistant Coach helps to create, implement, and manage all aspects of nutrition and exercise programming for all clients.
The Assistant Coach assigns and implements exercise programs, sets macronutrients, creates customized meal guides, and creates customized workout routines for clients.
The Assistant Coach also provides daily feedback, form checks, encouragement and changes for clients when need be. The position works closely with and reports to the Head Coach of Nutrition and Training.
What makes a good Assistant Coach?
A successful Assistant Coach must be well versed in movement biomechanics, physiology, and nutritional science. They must have leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
The Coach must work well in a team environment and be confident to complete tasks on time as well as take instruction from the Head Nutrition and Training Coach.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create, implement, and assign properly periodized programming to a wide variety of clients
- Familiarize oneself with the Everfit app and confidently navigate and assign tasks for clients
- Create customized exercise programming
- Choose and implement proper corrective exercises
- Know how to Create and implement nutrition guides with customized macros for various individuals
- Provide video biweekly check-ins
- Provide daily feedback, encouragement in app
- Provide daily support for all members via Facebook group
- Provide daily form feedback via Loom videos
- Be available to create exercise videos when needed
- Participate and lead group Zoom calls and Q&A's for members
- Plan and host live Monthly challenges with nutrition or training focus
- Troubleshoot and manage clients day to day concerns
