Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $18-$22 depending on the position
Position Summary :
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist in scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing calendars for designated staff.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Provide general office support to teams as needed.
Required Qualifications :
- 1-2 Years proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to think critically and work independently, but not afraid to ask for help
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
- Confidence in learning new software / processes in a timely fashion
Bonus Points For :
- QuickBooks and / or Sage knowledge
- Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Administrative Office Professional Certificate or similar diploma
