Responsibilities :

• Developsrecommends implements and manages the technical architecture(hardware software database and communications) which will be usedfor all or specific applications in a large distributedcrossplatformenvironment.
• Responsibilitiesalso include the identification of relevant information and thedetermination of the environment which will be used fordevelopment.
