With teams across five countries, three continents, and a global customer base, we have no plans to slow down.The Role GeoComply is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Director, Product Management - Anti-Fraud.

In this position, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of our existing anti-fraud product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the anti-fraud domain, and will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • You will conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends within the anti-fraud landscape, staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Leading and managing a team of product managers specializing in anti-fraud solutions is a key aspect of your responsibilities.

This includes providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive excellence in product development.

  • You will establish processes, best practices, and policies for the product management team, standardizing work, prioritization, and planning to enhance the efficiency of our anti-fraud product roadmap.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, you will define product requirements, prioritize features, and successfully launch new anti-fraud products and features.
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle for anti-fraud solutions is crucial, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  • Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams, you will develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials tailored to our anti-fraud products.
  • Monitoring the performance of anti-fraud products and conducting regular market and competitive analyses to identify areas for optimization and improvement, is an essential part of your role.
  • As a subject matter expert on anti-fraud products, you will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance our market presence.
  • Ensuring coherence and alignment across our anti-fraud product portfolio, you will maintain a unified and effective approach to combating fraud.

Who You Are

  • You have 10+ years of experience in product management within the B2B space, specifically focusing on Anti-Fraud products and technology.
  • You have a proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap, and successful launches in complex and dynamic environments within the Anti-Fraud industry.
  • You’re experienced in managing a diverse portfolio of fraud products in a B2B environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of Anti-fraud technology, and related technologies and trends.
  • You have experience managing a team of product managers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Product domain.
  • You are a solutions-focused problem solver who consistently identifies paths forward to success, especially in the evolving landscape of Fraud technology.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, capable of building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You are organized and possess excellent attention to detail, continually setting higher standards for performance.
  • You always act with integrity and operate with strong moral principles, critical in the sensitive realm of financial transactions.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which is crucial for supporting a rapidly growing technology company in the Fraud sector with multiple moving parts.
