Job Title - Environmental Project Manager

Position Overview :
Skyline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our clients team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental sciences and demonstrated expertise in conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
This role involves mentoring environmental technologists, engaging with stakeholders, and managing various environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct and oversee Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support environmental technologists in their professional development.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Network with clients and industry professionals to foster relationships and promote collaboration.
- Prepare and present project reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Professional designation as P.Eng. or P.Geo. is required; QPESA authorization is a definite asset.
- Extensive experience in performing Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
- Strong mentoring skills to guide and develop junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset, but not a requirement.
