Warehouse Labourer- Evening

Staffmax is looking for warehouse workers for an ongoing position. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient and accurate storage and handling of our products while providing high-quality service to our customers.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 5 : 00pm to 12 : 00pm

Location : Winnipeg, MB

Wage : $17.00 per hour

Start Date : TBD

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Warehouse associates play a crucial role in our warehouse / distribution center operations. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient and accurate storage and handling of our products while providing high-quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include :

• Order picking, packing, and wrapping skids in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lifting may be involved, up to 25-50 lbs, as part of the job requirements.
• Working safely and productively within the warehouse environment, following company procedures and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Collaborating effectively with other warehouse associates to achieve common goals.
• Maintaining the facility in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as part of the job requirements.
• Steel-toed boots are required to ensure safety in the warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work the designated shift and occasionally work overtime when needed.
