Primerica Financial Services (NYSE) is looking for a finance & client service representative to join our team in our North York office.
Summary : As a Finance & Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial inquiries and providing exceptional service.
This role combines financial acumen with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support the financial operations team.
Key Responsibilities : Client Interaction : Address client inquiries via phone, in person and email. Financial Transactions : Insurance, Investment, Debt solutions accurately.
Guidance : Advise clients on financial products. Documentation : Maintain accurate records and generate reports. Collaboration : Work with finance and other departments to resolve issues.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies. Qualifications : Diploma / degree Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service and / or finance. Strong understanding of financial products and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
