Job description :

We are seeking a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad (Remote) or Senior Go Developer

Role :

As a GoLang Tech Lead or Senior Go Developer within the API Development Squad, you will play a central role in the creation of a new digital banking platform.

The mission is to complete a Baas Core banking solution by addressing various integration needs, and you will be the team's technical guide for the development of advanced solutions.

The role will be in English but must be able to communicate in English & French.

Main responsibilities :

• Provide in-depth expertise in the GoLang programming language.
• Guide the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable APIs.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the API development team.
• Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other squads involved in the project.
• Contribute actively to the development and resolution of bugs.
• Actively participate in planning sprints and defining development objectives with the management and architecture team.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of API functionality in line with defined standards.
• Work closely with the customer to meet expectations and objectives.
• Ensure that the solutions developed comply with the standards and requirements of the financial sector.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Extensive development experience with GoLang.
• Proven experience as a technical leader or Tech Lead in API development projects.
• Understanding of digital banking and banking solution integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
