Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior IM Strategist ( years) to support the enterprise and information management system within the department.
Full Time, % Remote
Responsibilities to Include :
- Review and assess current operational processes related to information management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline current operations and identify gaps in the information management system.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning employees onto the project, ensuring smooth integration and adaptation.
- Design a comprehensive strategy for the future state of information management, aligning with enterprise goals.
- Recommend best practices for onboarding and maintaining a sustainable information management system.
- Assess the existing IM architecture, providing insights and solutions to improve performance.
- Develop operational guidelines and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure IM solutions meet organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership in aligning new system designs with business needs and future state goals.
- Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support on information management practices and systems.
Must Haves :
- 10+ years of experience as an Information Management Consultant
- Experience with enterprise-level information management systems .
- Experience conducting operational assessments.
Nice to Haves
- Expertise in designing transition strategies and system integration pathways.
- Experience in onboarding new systems and employee transition processes.
