Your Role
Reporting to the Commercial Lines Manager, you will be a member of the Customer Service team and will be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division.
You will have a strong understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market and have a passion for building long lasting relationships.
Your Responsibilities
You will prepare all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents,
certificates of insurance
- Manage the file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of Client activity logs
- Track and follow up Policy Documents to ensure received in a timely manner
- Administer our client renewal process
- Work closely with our Account Executives to service and manage all day to day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement
- Coordinate account services including review of documentation for routine policy changes,
additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations
- Manage the placement of our small business accounts
- Communication with insurers as required to support the brokering function

Your Skills and Experiences
3+ years in a brokerage as an Account Manager / Customer Service Rep; knowledge of most
major markets
- RIBO License required
- EPIC Experience preferred
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
