Position : Data Entry Clerk Location : OttawaJob Type : Full-timeAbout the Role : We are seeking meticulous and reliable Records / Data Entry Clerks for our client.
The role involves organizing, counting, and preparing documents for scanning following strict procedures.Key Responsibilities : - Organize documents, remove staples, discard unnecessary materials, count pages, and prepare log sheets according to company standard operating procedures.
- Move boxes (up to six per week) from storage to the work area and back once processed.- Accurately log data and provide weekly progress reports via Office 365 Teams.
- Prepare and ensure adherence to preparation and organization standards before files are scanned.- All work must be completed onsite, with no offsite or remote work permitted.
Qualifications : - At least 12 months of relevant experience in document management or records preparation.- Proof of post-secondary education required.
