Our client in Pointe Claire is currently looking for an administrative coordinator. Reporting to the (V.P) the Purchasing / Invoicing Clerk will maintain accurate invoicing and costing on all product documents.
This position interacts with the Production and other teams within the organization. They will have other tasks as required.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Source and obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers and prepare purchase orders
Calculate cost of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
Process purchases within purchasing authority
Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed deliveries and other problems
Assist with ensuring that the work to be completed is communicated within departments and Branches
Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and price lists.
Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment and stock.
To support the organization by ensuring all clients are properly invoiced in accordance with current company procedures.
To provide customer service related to shipping, invoicing and payments.

Ability to work independently and in an environment with frequent interruptions
