The Job
Key Responsibilities :
- Teaching English Language Skills : Provide in-depth instruction on English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension to a wide range of students.
- Lesson Planning and Material Development : Develop captivating lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation : Perform regular assessments to track and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and support as necessary.
- Curriculum Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues to refine and improve curriculum design and delivery.
- Individualized Student Support : Provide additional assistance and personalized support to students needing extra help to meet their learning objectives.
The Profile
Requirements :
- Academic Background : A Bachelor's degree in any field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and commitment to education.
- Instructional Proficiency : Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills.
- English Fluency : Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Engaging Lesson Plans : Capability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans using diverse teaching methods and resources.
- TEFL / TESOL Certification
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Young Learners : Experience working with children or young learners.
- Cross-Cultural Communication Skills : Strong ability to connect with students from various cultural backgrounds.
