Our client is looking for a SR Business Analyst with Oracle Field Service and / or Maximo experience to support a electrical utilities project

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support a Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) program, which is currently in its second year of a four-year initiative aimed at enhancing electric utility operations.
This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of electric utility terminology, technical expertise in relevant systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and feedback collection.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of 15 people, comprised of both permanent employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements for the ADMS program, ensuring they align with project objectives and industry standards.
- Analyze as-is processes and document workflows, identifying areas for improvement and creating detailed process diagrams.
- Work with the team to support ADMS integrations with technologies such as Oracle Field Services, Maximo, and the enterprise model.
- Update and maintain JIRA to track progress, document requirements, and ensure visibility for all project stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating feedback and ensuring alignment across a mix of permanent staff and contractors.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years Business Analyst , with a background in electric utilities or similar industries where understanding technical terminology is essential.
- Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and related technologies, specifically Oracle Field Services and Maximo.
- Proficiency in using JIRA
- Process Diagram experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of enterprise modeling and familiarity with utility sector workflows and processes.
