- Qualifications : *
- Masters degree of Occupational Therapy (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years Experience in field work as an Occupational Therapist
- ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
- Great communication skills must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)
- Responsibilities : *
- Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non MVA files)
- Ensure that all patient’s needs are met
- Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed.
- Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
- Identify the need for any beneficial / assistive device for the patient support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
