Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Forklift Operator for our client located in Langley, BC.
As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities are to handle equipment, lift 50 lb items, pick and pack paint products, use RF Scanners / Guns, meet daily targets, input orders, ship items, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
The ideal candidate should have a car, as the site is not transit accessible, along with previous experience operating a Stand-Up Electric Pallet Jack, Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift, or Raymond High Reach Truck, and 3PL warehouse experience.

Salary : $21 - $24 / hour, based on experience
Location : Langley, BC
Shifts : Monday Friday 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm or 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm PST

Responsibilities :
Operate a Stand-Up Electric Pallet Jack, Raymond Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift, or Raymond High Reach Truck.
Lift items that weigh 50Lbs. often.
Picking and packing paint products.
Use a RF Scanner / Gun.
Meet daily efficiency and quality KPI’s.
Enter order information into the shipping computer system.
Perform shipper duties.
Label and wrap orders on pallets.
Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
Perform general warehouse duties.
Qualifications & Skills :
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Must have a car, as the site is not transit accessible.
Must have previous experience operating a Stand-Up Electric Pallet Jack, Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift, or Raymond High Reach Truck.
Must have previous 3PL warehouse experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to commit to a long-term position.
Must Have experience with using a RF Scanner.
Experience with picking and packing.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate is an asset.
Must be able to reach daily quotas.
Must act professionally while at work.
Must be reliable and show up to all shifts.
Steel Toe boots required.
