This position requires a hard-working, dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail, who can excel in a busy, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer relations, possess strong teamwork ethics, as well as have strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

- Job DescriptionMaintain a clean and organized work station;Troubleshoot and estimate costs of repairs;Verify and inspect rental equipment to ensure proper functioning and to detect faults and avoid malfunctions;
- Adjust equipment and repairs or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools;Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure manufacturers' specifications compliance;
- Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on equipment;Service attachments and working tools;Order parts as needed;
Complete different service reports.Key QualificationsAn experienced technician, or 3rd / 4thyear apprentice with the ability to diagnosis, perform failure analysis, and repair all types of construction equipment.
Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products.Hands on experience in the repair and service / maintenance requirements for various types of construction equipment.
Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with company and factory standards.Ability to work independently, and in a team atmosphere.
Good communication and people skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsOperate and maintain all shop equipment and ensure a safe, clean & organized shop areaAll other duties as assigned by the Branch & Service Managers.
Additional Qualifications and SkillsApplicant must be able to perform heavy lifting, as heavy lifting will be required frequently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CAT Equipment.Apprentices are encouraged to apply.Your own tools are required.
