1 Full Time Prevention andScreening Coordinator
Prevention and Screening Clinical Services
The Prevention and Screening Coordinator provides support to themanager, Prevention and Screening Clinical
Services. Responsible for the day to day operation and supervisionin a diverse portfolio that consists of the mobile
cancer screening coach, clinical genetics program, diagnosticassessment program, and related staff, the coordinator
will support processes and deliverables for high quality servicedelivery for cancer screening, assessment and
clinical pathways based on Ontario Health partners (Cancer CareOntario, Provincial Genetics Program)
requirements, standards and guidelines. The coordinator liaiseswith internal and regional partners, vendors and
provincial and national agencies.
Education :
- Post secondary degree in health or business administration orrelated area
- 3 5 years health care related experience
- Valid G driver's licence
- Prior outpatient clinic management experiences or strongknowledge base in clinical systems an asset.

- Ability to navigate a variety of electronic health informationand client management systems
- Proven leadership qualities
- Committed to patient and family centered care while workingprofessionally with a diverse team of health care
professionals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate insometimes challenging circumstances

Salary Range : $38.815 to 45.664
