Our fantastic client is looking to bring on a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support their busy Calgary office on a temporary to permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and handle data entry on various platforms.
This is a fast-paced, customer service heavy role that requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and think on their feet.
Someone who is a quick learner, team player and possesses a positive and friendly attitude will be a great fit for this dynamic and amicable team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The key job functions are :
- Answering phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Responding to service requests through G-Suite
- Creating detailed work orders with an accurate description of the service required
- Diagnosing and fixing simple service requests over the phone
- Using GPS software to determine a technician’s location for efficiency in dispatching calls
- Updating customer files with new or revised information
- Communicating with technicians and subcontractors
- Reviewing technicians work orders for compliance with appropriate paperwork
- Comply with all applicable OHS, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
- Other duties as assigned by the Installation / Service Supervisor or Senior Leadership team
Experience :
- A minimum of years’ experience in administrative positions with a focus on customer service is required
- Previous experience in a dispatching position is considered a strong asset

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Salary will change when moved from a temporary to permanent capacity
