LMR Program Coordinator
Join Canada’s largest privately owned fleet management company! Foss National Leasing / LeasePlan (FNL / LP) , a part of the Foss Automotive Group, has an exciting full-time opportunity in our Short-Term Leasing Department.
As the Last Mile Rental Program Coordinator , you'll lead the planning, execution, and management of our innovative program.
You'll oversee policies, vehicle inventory, staff, and budgets while engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the Last Mile Rental Program
- Manage program staff and vehicle inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders
- Oversee program budget and ensure cost-efficiency
- Schedule staff and meetings; manage rental software
- Hybrid role : 3 days in-office, occasional travel is required
Requirements :
- 5+ years in a professional office environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; rental industry knowledge a plus
- Bilingual in French is an asset
