ROLE SUMMARY : You are an Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager, with a strong implementation background in procurement and inventory modules.
You're a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client's unique needs. You have an eye for creating solutions and can see the gap between where a client is at and where they need to be, and love helping them achieve just that.
Qualifications
Must Have Experience / Skills :
- 10 years Consulting experience
- 4 years' experience within the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Suite
- Minimum of three (3) successfully delivered ERP / SCM Cloud Implementations
- Experience working with Procurement and Inventory modules required
- Oracle Cloud SCM Processes and System knowledge preferred
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Able to advise and lead on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
- Experience supporting workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Bonus points if you have :
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years' experience in consulting
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certifications in Procurement and Inventory
- Preference for multi-lingual resources with focus on French and English but not required
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
