Responsibilities of Sales and Customer Service Associate : Actively seek new sales opportunities through direct customer interactions.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations. Use active listening to understand client requirements and pain points. Customize solutions to address specific client needs and deliver outstanding value.
Research and pursue leads in the target market to expand the customer base. Set clear, achievable sales targets and develop strategies to surpass them.
Engage in regular knowledge sharing sessions with team members to exchange successful sales strategies. Qualifications of Sales and Customer Service Associate : Proven experience in a sales role with a strong emphasis on customer care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for helping people and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent;
a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are assets.
