Job Overview
The WFM / Logistics Project Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the WFM / Logistics project delivery team to improve processes and tools.
The successful candidate will work closely with the WFM / Logistics teams as well as our IT teams to develop, test and deploy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in projects. Manage communications, development and change management for these projects.
- Work with WFM / Logistics teams to gather requirements and document them.
- Build business cases to justify new projects and ideas.
- Propose and present new ideas to advance the company's missions.
- Communicate and work with stakeholders (internal to WFM / Logistics but also with our partners in other departments, e.
g. field operations, finance, etc.).
- Make regular presentations to stakeholders of all types, including unionized employees, managers and executives.
- Build and execute test cases.
- Build and run reports for initiatives.
- Sort out new bugs and requests, and follow up with relevant parties.
- Manage documentation, update and create new content.
- Learn the processes and systems used, and assist internal teams (WFM / Logistics) with the aim of reducing back-log.
Critical Qualifications
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- MS Office skills, with advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- MS Visio, Jira / Confluence (or other) skills is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - Bilingualism required : as part of his / her duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Québec.
- Degree or certification in a related field
