Salary Range :
$41, - $46, annually

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will report directly to the Executive Director, serving as their representative. Your primary responsibilities include being the initial point of contact for our members, handling phone calls, and managing emails.
This role is fully remote, requiring a dedicated and secure workspace in your home. The position follows a Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm schedule (with some flexibility).
Occasional evening work and travel may be necessary, compensated with time off in lieu. You will also represent the organization at various events, always upholding professionalism and discretion due to the potentially sensitive nature of the information you handle.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Direct phone and email inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond accurately to general information requests.
- Update website content and design and distribute a bi-monthly e-newsletter.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of membership databases.
- Participate in organizational events and carry out assigned tasks, which may involve travel within the province.
- Coordinate and track Legal Directory sales.
- Assist the Executive Director in disseminating information to the Board, Council, and Members.
- Track volunteer engagement and oversee the Branch Annual Report.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
- 3 years in administrative / office roles or a combination of post-secondary education and experience.
- Must reside in Saskatchewan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe Pro and editing functions preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, including proficient proofreading abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors is advantageous.
