We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!The Assistant Manager duties include, but are not limited too : Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standardsMonitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costsWorking as a team with co-workers to achieve service timesSpending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employeesCoaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Ensuring all food safety regulations are followedAssisting with hiring, retaining, and terminating employeesAssisting with inventory management Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurantWhat we offer : flexible schedule, on-the-job training, opportunities to advance, health benefitsSome restaurant management experience - one year or moreCollege or University Education preferredFood handling certificateAccess to reliable transportationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGreat social skills and love for interacting with other peopleA leader and a team playerBasic English language skills
