PhysicalTherapists (PTs) assess diagnose and treat individuals withphysical impairments or disabilities. They develop personalizedtreatment plans to improve mobility alleviate pain and enhance theoverall quality oflife.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Conductcomprehensive assessments of patients physical abilities andlimitations.
- Developindividualized treatment plans based on assessment findings andpatientgoals.
- Implementtherapeutic interventions including exercises manual therapy andmodalities.
- Educatepatients and their families about treatment plans andselfmanagementstrategies.
- Monitorprogress and adjust treatment plans asnecessary.
- Collaboratewith other healthcare professionals to optimize patientcare.
Requirements
- Doctorof Physical Therapy (DPT)degree.
- Statelicensure or registration as a physicaltherapist.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a healthcareteam.
