Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is currently looking for a Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service / Tech Support Representative to add to their growing team.
HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY What's in it for you : Work from home and work in the office 2 days per month Work for a leader in its industry Competitive compensation package Fun and rewarding environment Shifts available : Monday to Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Tuesday to Saturday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Sunday to Thursday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm In this role you will be responsible for : Answering client inquiries by phone and email Providing prompt problem resolution to issues as they arise Following up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction Providing technical support to customers when needed Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will possess : Fluently bilingual in both Cantonese / English A minimum of 2 years of call centre experience Some technical support experience is required Superior analytical and problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
