We are looking for a TechnicalSupport Specialist to join our team in Montral (Quebec H2G 2J6) . This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week) with an immediate startdate.
Tasks
- Youwill diagnose and resolve our corporate clients technical issuesover the telephone email and online chat in the areas of systemconfigurations product functionality andbugs / enhancements.
- You build personal customerrelationships and focus on offering an awesome customerexperience.
- You escalate issues to ourdevelopment team and coordinate such issues until they aresolved.
- You convey customer feedback to productdevelopment staff.
- You keep customers informedon how and when issues are resolved.
- Youinteract with other teams to provide comprehensive and highqualitysupport.
- You help in usereducation.
- You work in a 24 / 7 shift system withgreat planning reliability. Depending on the shift there areattractive bonuses and compensationdays.
Requirements
- Youhave excellent logical analytical and problemsolvingskills.
- You possess good customer etiquette andthe ability to manage high profile customers well underpressure.
- You have experience introubleshooting Windows Server issues using inbuilt Windowsapplications such as the Event Log Viewer netstatetc.
- You have a good understanding of basicnetworking protocols.
- You are fluent in Englishand French any other language is a plus.
- Youare a quick learner andselfstarter.
