Responsibilities
Develop industry first activities & solutions for large-scale internal playtesting.
Work with Design and Production partners to plan out weekly playtest feature coverage.
You will need to be comfortable with compiling stability data drawn from multiple sources into cohesive and consumable summaries to communicate status and risk of your planned playtests.
Propose and provide solutions to scheduling concerns due to conflicts or stability issues.
You will partner with other QVS team members to plan and track playtesting coverage and activities.
Research solutions for increasing test coverage efficiency and collaborate with team members to implement them.
Help prioritize issues in the bug database to expedite bug-fixing efforts for future playtest sessions.
Document new processes and ensure they are rolled out to the playtest team.
Communicate with your peers in Quality Verification to share knowledge and promote professional growth.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in games / software development.
We are looking for someone with experience scheduling playtests or test teams tasks.
Understanding of defect and task tracking software (JIRA, Testrail, DevTrack)
In-depth knowledge of Agile software / game development.
Experience working on AAA+ Live Service titles.
You are familiar with in-game dev tools.
Familiarity with bug prevention and containment strategies.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) :
º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
